Nancy E. Mills, MD, FACP
Dr. Nancy E. Mills is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Columbia University Irving Medical Center in
New York, NY. She is a board-certified medical oncologist at New York Presbyterian Westchester Cancer
Center, and is also the Director of Cancer Survivorship and Associate Director of the Breast Disease
Management Team there. She received her AB degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard University in
Cambridge MA, and her MD from Mount Sinai School of Medicine, in New York, NY. She completed her
internship and residency training at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and a fellowship in Hematology and
Medical Oncology at New York University School of Medicine in New York, NY. Prior to joining the
faculty at Columbia, she was on the faculty of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY
for 20 years. Dr. Mills has published extensively in the area of oncology, especially on breast cancer, and
was honored as a “Local Legend” from New York by Congresswoman Nita Lowey, and was also honored
with an American College of Physicians Distinguished Women in Medicine Award.
